Rosa Berstein and Jean-Luc Godard

This year one of the world's most influential filmmakers is turning 80: Jean-Luc Godard, a prime mover of the Nouvelle Vague, famous for his unconventional style and promoter of later-to-be international celebreties like Jean-Paul Belmondo, Brigitte Bardot, Anna Karina...

For this reason Berlin has lost of special events to offer showing the Godard classics and some of the less famous pieces.

Next Tuesday, on May 11th, the "kinoklub" of Humboldt-University Berlin, invites you to
"Pierrot le fou" ("Elf Uhr nachts") at 8 pm in the history laden "Kinosaal"
